What to Expect on Your First Day at the Studio

Comfort and Clarity Matter

If you don’t know your way around the studio, simple things like finding a bathroom or storing lunch can slow your team down. We make sure every client knows exactly where things are, whether it’s the fridge in our full-size kitchen, the location of bathrooms, or how to grab essentials like coffee, cups, and utensils. When your crew is here for a 10-hour day, that comfort and clarity makes a difference.

Here's How it Goes When You Arrive

When you arrive, one of our production managers will greet you personally. After quick introductions, we’ll take you on a tour of the space so you know where everything is and what’s available. That includes walkthroughs of additional rooms you might not have booked yet, like the hair and makeup room or the Flex Studio for media day.

We’ll also point out consumables and free gear available to every production: tennis balls, A-clamps, super clamps, stingers, extension cords, you name it. You’ll also see amenities like the kitchen, coffee machine, and bathrooms so you’re fully oriented before shoot time.

Proactive White-glove Service

We don’t just hand you keys and walk away. Our leadership team checks your booking details and reaches out in advance to make sure you’ve got everything you need, whether it’s a truck load-in, specific power requirements, or extra gear. We treat this like a white-glove service because your success on Day One is our priority.
