TERMS & CONDITIONS

Like seriously read these- they are important and binding.

By renting studio space or equipment at Camera Ready Studios (“CRS”), you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including the following rules:

  • For Main Studio bookings, the renter is required to present a Certificate of Insurance prior to accessing the large studios naming “Camera Ready Studios" as Additional Insured. See our page on insurance.
  • The person making the booking must be present and is required to have the credit card used as well as their ID available upon check-in. No exceptions to this rule.
  • Studio access begins at the time you’ve reserved, including set up and break down or pack up. There is no early access to set up. The studio must be vacated by the time scheduled. Overtime is charged at a rate of $75/hr beginning 11-minutes after the scheduled end-time. This is not pro-rated, but charged as a full hour. Please note, if there is another booking scheduled directly after yours, you must vacate no later than your scheduled end time. Failure to vacate when a booking is waiting will result in a $150/hr charge, which $75 per hour will be paid to the next renter as damages.
  • Cancellations with at least 7 calendar days notice will receive a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations with less than 7 calendar days notice are not eligible for refund.
  • The studio must be left in the same condition as when entered. The space will be checked by a CRS employee, and if not left clean then a $50 minimum will be charged (based on the time required to clean at $50/hour).
  • Renter agrees to pay for any repair costs of equipment, studio damages, or cleaning fees using a major credit card. This will be recorded upon check-in.
  • Photography or filming is not permitted in any common spaces (break room, lounge, lobby, bathrooms, etc.) without permission in advance.
  • Payments & Charges:
  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The 50% balance is due upon arrival and will be handled during your check in.
  • Any ancillary charges will be settled at the end of your booking, during check out. This may include such things as rental equipment or seamless paper pulls.
  • Any overdue invoices are charged at 2% per month, with a 5-day grace period.

Pet Policy

Well behaved, four legged children are welcome on site. Please bring anything they may need (snacks/ blanket/bed, etc...). We do have water bowls. You are responsible for any damage your pets make and you must pick up after your pet. Pet waste bags are available at the reception desk.
